Data Viewers

[1] Sub-annual and annual core datasets (external link).

Source code is available on GitHub. Not all core datasets are shown. Viewer includes:

Ice duration
Water temperature
Dissolved oxygen
pH/alkalinity
Nutrient and ion concentrations
Zooplankton densities
Fish and crayfish catch per unit effort

This viewer uses the most recent core NTL data packages. Any comments/suggestions should be sent to Sam Blackburn.

[2] Trends in the urban heat island across Dane County, Wisconsin: Shiny App (external link).

Viewer data includes temperature observations collected between 2012 and 2023 from 150 locations. Data can be viewed on a daily, monthly, or annual scale, and temperatures can be displayed for individual locations and/or across all urban, rural, or suburban measurement sites.
