Farms must: Meet tolerable soil loss requirements; Annually develop and follow a Nutrient Management Plan (NMP); ensure that their NMP adequately controls phosphorous runoff over the accounting period; avoid tilling within 5 feet of surface waters. ; Intervention_area_ha: 63719.48; Data_Sources: Agricultural land cover/use designations from National Land Cover Database, 2006, and validated by the Capital Area Regional Planning Commission (CARPC) in 2010.; Mapping_Rationale: All agricultural land uses/land covers. Sub-parts of NR 151, Subchapter II describe significantly different practices, but are mapped as one GIS layer.
